The food was good. If you get the Shack Attack chocolate concrete you better like chocolate. It is very very rich. I liked it so much that I forgot to take a picture of it. The fries are very good. I think it is the way they do the crinkles that makes them unique. The burger is decent. The hot dog is nothing to write home about but it was tolerable. I would say the food is worth a visit. When you come into the store for the first time don’t be surprised if you don’t get a greeting from a person. You place your order on a computer screen and pay with a card-reader. They will text you when your order is ready. Both times they notified me that the food was ready it was a false alarm and I had to stand waiting for a few minutes. It was no big deal but the whole thing is very impersonal. Some people like that so it is what it is. I2024 update. The ordering system is still confusing. Its all overrated now.

Food was great! Very filling. Liked the regular fries more than the cheese fries but everything was great from burgers to fries to shake!

First time here my wife and I and the food was really good. The burger was hot and the burger tasted like a smashed burger made at the house. Will be back!! Thank you
