This was the first restaurant I visited in Birmingham. Loved the food. Full of flavour. Went here with a couple of my mates. Couldn't try everything. There is so many items in the menu. Friendly staff and good service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who hasn't tried here. For the portion of food the price is well balanced. It felt like authentic Indian food. I really enjoyed. I would visit again the next time I come to Birmingham. Thank you.
I've been going to 1580 restaurant for just over 3 years now. The food is absolutely out of this world, the complexity of spices with their on the bone curries will blow you're mind, not to forget the vegan options are vast and varied and very delicious. I recommend the Samoa chatt, on the bone mutton, venison and butter naan bread. Lets not forget that little toffee pudding they do 🤤
The food at 1580 was delicious! Well balanced spices and food that's full of flavour. The waitresses and owner are also very accommodating!
-We had the kesar paneer Tikka ( saffron paneer Tikka) - very different and tasty alternative to the usual paneer Tikka you find.
-Tandoori mushrooms
-The veg Momo's ( a popular dish here)
-Veg chowmein
If you are in Birmingham, I would recommend this hidden gem!
