This place is about simple things done very well - fresh handmade noodles - rather than trying to stun with the cuisine.
For me, the rolled (noodle) dough slices stir fried goes toe to toe with the noodles which the eatery is about and makes an excellent alternative to noodles. For me, the cold sliced braised beef shin is also the best in Chinatown.

Really nice and friendly staff and affordable priced simple, authentic, yummy Chinese noodle. Hand made noodle's texture is incomparable, chewy and doesn't become mushy / doughy, 彈牙有嚼勁! You can even see the chef moulding the dough from a glass panel and see how its being made. Tried both their soup noodle (dine in) and stir fried noodles dish (takeaway) and liked them both, the noodle is rlly versatile. Broth of the soup is perfect, not overpowering but flavourful, chicken is alright but if I had to rank everything it definitely would be noodle & soup > chicken.
Only thing to beware of is that they accept cash only, which is a bit inconvenient... but I'm happy to support small independently run shops with their preferred means of payments for this food quality.
