Where to begin? My sister had a funny turn and the staff were amazing. Totally brilliant. The food was first class too. Members of the public were amazing aswell. A very helpful and kind couple. Very generous letting me walk around with her phone after she called 999. 🥰

This Toby seems a bit better than others over in Liverpool I've been to. Still tight with meat portions and price seems to go up all the time but a perfectly passable roast when you can't be bothered to cook mid week. Service is what it is. Poor waiting on staff run ragged trying their best so don't expect to be tended to like you would in a normal restaurant. If you want a roast and lots of it Toby is there for you. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

We called in after visiting the hospital, not sure if we would get a table as there was a big queue but we were seated very quickly, our server Chris was very good and attentive and friendly. It was extremely busy but he was on top of all his section. There very some annoying people behind us who were demanding otherwise that would have been a 5 as well.
