Walked from westgate-on-sea to Birchington. Nice walk along the waterfront and a nice coffee with friendly staff at Costa.
Very helpful, cheerful staff. Realised I'm disabled and happily offered to bring our drinks and food to us.
A little understaffed, but that is in no way a reflection on those that were working that day. They truly tried their hardest to keep all customers happy.
Had to get the young lady to give our flat White's an extra shot of coffee as it was on the weak side.
The raspberry sponge cake was delicious.
The overall service was very good.

Service was fast, polite, and accurate. One staff member was particularly helpful in looking up gluten-free options for us.
For a big chain, this site at least manages personal service.
Only complaint was the volume of the musak.
Cafe was clean and tidy, my hot chocolate was made perfectly. What really impressed me was the toilets, very clean and smelt lovely. Well done Costa Birchington.

Very friendly staff always there to help, always tidy and a nice atmosphere. The drinks of course are of top quality and generally a nice place to have coffee.
I like this place. The service is good and friendly and often easy to find a seat and is relatively clean unlike some other larger Costas.
Best Costa I have been in. Clean, very good barrista running it on her own when I went in as it was not a busy time.

We sat outside on a glorious November morning drinking our gingerbread and praline hot chocolates. Fab service inside the clean and tidy cafe.
Excellent friendly helpful staff. Very clean and they can make a dry cappuccino.
