Always a good shopping experience here even at busy times. The food hall is large and appears to carry the full range of M&S products - my advice is to bring a list as it will save you from too much of a shock when you get to the checkout! The clothing areas are also extensive and well stocked. The parking area serves a lot of shops, but there is almost always enough. Only on weekends just before Christmas is finding a space challenging.

I went into M&S Biggleswade around 1 o’clock today I was at the checkout being served by a young lady called Megan. The gentleman in front of me was being very very rude towards Megan. I just wanted to highlight how well Megan handled this situation. I just wanted to put this review on as there’s always negative feedback and this young girl handled this situation very well, and I just and I think it deserves recognition.

Visited the cafe here, though it was clean and tidy, and good quality food and drink, had to drop a star due to slow service and no hot food available. Also only one till which they serve the hot drinks from as well as take payment and orders too which slows down the queue considerably. Also take no notice of the menu for hot food and just go by food on counters which can be warmed up, though very slow service. We'd all eaten and drunk our drinks before it even arrived. The cafe was only half full too so hate to think how slow it would be if full.
