Been coming here every now and again over the last 30 years. Doesn't change much, although looked a little less dated when we visited today.
The shop is quite basic, some biscuits, jams and some crafty stuff, as far as I could tell. However, we came for the tea room.
We last visited maybe 5 years ago, and i think the menu has been much reduced. No hot meals other than soup of the day. Its basically a combination of scones, cakes, and the Oxford Tea which includes sandwiches (see pics). We always have the Oxford Tea and it's always very nice, and great value.
As others have said, place looks closed until you are inside. Go in through the green door (thanks Shaky), shop counter to the right, Tea room round to the left. Toilets also available and clean.
Only knocked a star off as they used to do a much wider menu.
We stopped off here for a cuppa and a scone and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of each. Excellent value for money too.
The only downside is the place looks completely closed until you get right up to the door, and even then it still looks shut.
Lovely tea room and delicious scones. The farm shop serves baked goods (no meat) but they're homemade and absolutely lovely.
