Honestly the best fry up I have had in a long time. The cafe was clean and well laid out, the staff were very lovely and quick to serve. Once I ordered it didn't take long for my food to arrive. The menu was simple but offered something for everyone. Some places have far too many options so it's nice to see a place offer a nice range if items without being overwhelming. It also means that there is likely to be consistency with the quality.
The ingredients were fresh and not too greasy, the mushrooms were amazing. The haggis was excellent and the portion size was generous but not too much to handle like some places so it was perfect for me.
I would recommend anyone to stop by and give it a try.
Whilst visiting Berwick recently with our youngest grandchildren whilst on holiday, as we were walking up the high street we noticed a sign on the wall for this cafe tucked away in the corner of a small courtyard. Are we grateful that we decided to investigate further, because we were treated to excellent service and a most enjoyable meal. We ordered the special of steak and ale pie which was full of large chunks of well cooked meat, also the mushroom stroganoff was delicious. Our grandchildren were served children's size meals that they both enjoyed and whilst they had a piece of chocolate rice crispy cake, we enjoyed the caramel apple betty pudding with custard. We would definitely recommend a visit to Sinners if your after excellent service and good food at a excellent price.
Fantastic little cafe, located in its own private little area away from the main stretch of shops, lovely and warm staff, the food is really nice especially their chips, very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!
