Portside Inn is a nice traditional working class pub in the industrial area of Belfast and near the Ferry Port.
The inside of the pub has a very cozy atmosphere with lots of old pub memorabilia.
They have a selection of local lager, English beer. The restaurant menus comprises of different bar snacks, as well as nice warm hot meals, like burger and fries, salmon , rump steak, battered cod and more.
I had the local lager 🍺. It was very refreshing in this warm day. To eat I had the battered cod with chips. The cod was tasty and as well were the chips . They were very generous with the chips portion.
The atmosphere was very relaxed with a nice selection of classic 80’s music .
Staff was friendly. I would visit again if I’m in the area.
Stopped for a pint and a bite to eat while out walking the tow path. Great that the place is dog friendly, we felt very welcomed! Chicken burger was also really good. Will definitely be back.
Really nice food. Great customer service. Never overcrowded. Good for cold pint outside with a cavehill view.
