Very nice, calm atmosphere. I had coffee and scones for breakfast and everything was simply amazing. They have a nice patio at the back and also another seating area upstairs.
they are against smoking so they don’t even have an ashtray outside in front of the cafe, so maybe bring your own.
The Lamppost Cafe has another branch in Linen Hall, Belfast! The menu remains the same, with their signature yummy egg and avocado dish. The staff are even friendlier and make for a delightful visit. Highly recommend treating yourself here. The ground floor for dogs while the second one for people want to be away from dogs. I like to see dogs all the times!
This place has such an old English vibe! With teapots, paintings and florals everywhere, it really felt cozy and warm.
The food was above average in quality and taste. However, the quantity can be slightly more. The afternoon tea menu looked nice so will probably try that next time.
But overall, it's a great place.
