Toilet dirty,coffe too.They are not cleaning carerully..items good delicious but cleaning not enough

A LOVELY iced tea!! I asked for a cold infusion as I like the cup they put it in the clear cups, so they turned it into an iced tea which was nice.. But everytime I ask for a cold infusion staff always get arsey in every Costa I have been to! Like they do it indicating that it's an inconvenience for them!!! Like it should not be too hard to make it cold 🤷🏻‍♀️ but it was nice.

A bit small, but it's nice. Could definitely improve the amount of syrup despended, as I can't taste it 😅
