Nice friendly staff and a good selection of drinks. Food was good with good size portions. Burgers are a good 8oz and not the usual 6oz you get in most places. One thing I would say and some people may think it’s odd but the meat in the burgers is probably a too good a quality for a burger (too lean). But would definitely go again.

Friendly welcome. Great range of well kept real ales. Very clean for what seems to be a drinkers pub. 2 pool tables and a dart board. Could only see a burger menu. Car park for about a dozen cars. Clean loos.

We were only in for drinks as a group but the team were very friendly and welcoming to all. A great selection of drinks at sensible prices, a large range of local drinks especially ales. Altogether a simple but extremely enjoyable experience.
