Lovely little tea room & lovely young ladies serving. We had to wait a few minutes for a table but were given a menu to look at & could see all the delicious sandwiches with side salads being brought out. We both opted for the lovely cooked ham which was sliced how I like it & the brown bread was delicious not run of the mill at all. Unfortunately we didn't try the cakes as we're were going out yo dinner that evening but they looked lovely & homemade. As someone who does cross stitch I particularly like the framed dolls house pieces on the wall aswell as the lovely dolls house in the fireplace & the various teacosies etc Which together with the various China added yo the effect of the place. I would definately recommend yo friends & if I visit the area again would go back x
Lovely quaint tea room with fantastic friendly service. Enjoyed tea in a beautiful huge tea pot and delicious warm scones. Thank you. X
Absolutely lovely little tea room, great friendly service as soon as you walk in, delicious sandwiches and very yummy homemade cakes, the best part for me though was the massive teapot of tea which was more than enough to see us through sandwiches and cake, other places you usually end up ordering a second drink as first has been drunk or gone cold!! We will be back very soon
