I usually shop at Marks and Spencer's when I'm in the UK, but after visiting a local museum, I happened to be nearby, so decided to pop in!
There's no cost of living crisis here as the shop was packed!
I was slightly nervous with higher costs, but it wasn't too bad. In fact, since it was a Saturday afternoon, some of the prices were reduced and my shopping ended up being quite the bargain!
Waitrose in Bath was very nice, and the staff were super nice and friendly.
Highly recommended!
Clean and well stocked.
Self scan checkouts work well and is highly recommended to avoid the queues at busy times.
Prices were always higher than other supermarkets, but now getting to the eye watering stage.
Still, the perception is that quality of food is high.
