The food was very tasty. I had a "large" crumbed calamari starter plate, but it was really only a light meal. My wife enjoyed her Bill's fish pie. Service was okay, but not outstanding. Hardly worth the 12.5% automatically added to the bill as an "optional" service charge. Atmosphere was busy. As a franchise, it is mainly about getting people in and out as quickly as possible.

Had the most fantastic first evening meal here in Bath. Food was amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great place to spend the first evening of our honeymoon. Emily waited on us and was great, she was really busy but always knew what was happening with her tables. Emily thank you for making our first night in Bath so special we can't wait to come back.

Excellent overall, welcoming, friendly and attentive staff who couldn't do enough for us. The food was excellent, we had starters, main and dessert and thoroughly enjoyed all. We highly recommend and would visit again.
