Everything was wonderful! Car park was an easy walking distance, the hotel was the oldest building I've ever slept in. The staff were exceptional; friendly, helpful and gave great recommendations. Can't beat the location, was actually pretty quiet even though it is in the city center, it was a week day though too. It was very clean and updated but still had all the character of having very old bones. The self serve bar in the basement was also very cool, and the hidden bathroom on the main floor was a fun find.
Great little boutique hotel in the centre of Bath. Good sized rooms with en-suite and a roll top bath in the room itself. Great location to explore Bath and the breakfast was very nice! Helpful staff, we asked for an ice bucket and glasses for some champagne and was no problem. Definite recommend
A great little hotel, we stayed in a superior room at the front of the hotel on the second floor. The room wasn’t massive but well equipped with a nice touch with the nespresso machine. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the rooms are pretty steep, so if you struggle with stairs it’s a consideration. We had breakfast on one morning which was an additional £17 but IMO worth it, lovely fresh produce. My only negative was the room in the evening was pretty noisy from outside. However ear plugs and face masks are supplied. If your a light sleeper and want the window open you’d need to use the ear plugs. That being said I’d definitely go back, may consider a room that doesn’t overlook the street. The staff were great and very welcoming, and finally the location was fabulous, right in the middle of Bath.
