Really nice,clean McDonald’s. It wasn’t very busy when I arrived on a Friday 8:30am. Literally received my food in a few minutes and it tasted great. Really tidy outside a well kept restaurant. Reason for 4 star is there is no onsite parking so you have to go to the main retail park and walk up a hill. There is one just up from the McDonalds but i don’t think it’s very safe to walk up there if you have young children or a push chair as there isn’t really a path. (See photos) There is however a drive through.

Had a small complaint, spoke to the manager who quickly resolved the issue. Top marks to Sandy and the team for doing an excellent job at McDonald’s Brighton Hill.

Wish I could rate 6 stars! Debbie and Joan deserve a raise… lovely women who greet you with a smile and will make your day. Greatest maccies experience of my life, go and compliment the lovely staff.
