Came with my friend and our kids as a half term treat. Kids love the place. We've been to other Kaspa's but this one seemed more compact and cozy and really clean. Surprised to see a real mix of ages with the staff. Overall, great experience, and good service from all the staff (especially considering how busy it was)

I called in and spoke to the manageress Niki about booking for my 8 year old's birthday as I'd seen a sign in there window, and my daughter had been wanting to go there for ages. Upon arrival, i spoke to a young lad who explained Niki had booked their party tables at the back of the restaurant for the girls, which was fantastic as it meant me and my husband could sit on a separate nearby table. Between the 12 of them i think the girls had most of the menu! The portions were really generous and I can't thank the staff enough as my daughter, and her friends loved it!

This place is amazing. I usually grab a milkshake to go, but have started working my way though their choices of doughnuts. Even when its busy, staff here are great and can never do enough for you.

Lovely and clean dessert bar. Tasty desserts, always good value for money considering location. Wanted to try their new Mango bubble tea. Was not disappointed. Kaspas Barry Island you will be seeing me again soon

Me and my partner came to Kaspa's as we'd never been before and fancied a treat and had been out for a walk. Staff were lovely, really helpful as I couldn't decide what to have. Desserts were amazing! Couldn't resist taking a box of doughnuts home to eat later too! Will definitely be back!

I am very happy to visit this place. I saw there are new young staff. They are very professional and nice. I want to come again to meet these kind people from Ukraine. They are amazing and friendly. That why many owners want to hire Ukrainians.

They were meant to close, but left the store open for us through the night, we went as 15-20 people and service was really good, food came quickly and really nice bags of flavour, wide variety, I would recommend everything on this menu, owner was a nice respectable guy.

We were here for a short weekend and came to Kaspas as a treat to finish off the weekend. On arrival Kelis and Rafey looked after us and a big thank you to both. These guys are an asset to this place. Overall all staffs were nice and friendly.

Staff were totally lovely and friendly, milkshake I had was really good. The tables and booth were clean. The only problem was that we had about a 20 minute wait. There was only 1 person in front of us and a lot behind. As there were only 2 staff I could see I think the priorised taking orders. They could do with having more staff on a weekend.
