Thank you so much to the kind member of staff (possibly manager?) - I'm sorry I didn't get your name but your kindness made my day! I was doing the usual late from work 'I'll just grab a couple of things' shop! So by the time I was making my way through to the busy tills I had half the contents of the shop balanced precariously in a basket that is threatening to break my arm and 9 toilet rolls clamped under my other arm. A member of staff came over offered to take my basket and then carried it to a free till. Then while I was paying he came back with a small trolley. Small things really make a difference! Great customer service Tesco!

Popped into store after work with my 11 year old and 7 year old. Had a quick tea for a treat as the oldest is off on residential tomorrow. Great service with a smile in the cafe. Then as we were choosing some 'goodies'in the sweet aisle - the manager, Dan, and his staff were stocking up and noticed how nicely behaved my kids were- a little treat was given! Made my kids day- thanks! We always choose to use this store rather than the new one because of this sort of great service. Thanks!

The Cafe has been refreshed. To order food and drinks the till has gone. So now the tills are Muccy'D style at the entrance and there are four of them.

Zoe is best staff member EVER! Made me and my 10yr old son feel so welcome on our mother and son last min date! Lovely food 😊😊😊😊😊

Good selection of food and drinks. Staff very helpful in that they delivered my cupa to the table when they realised I was using a stick. Good sized pot of tea that afforded me more than one full cup.

Festive hot chocolate and muffins with a friend. Friendly staff clean and pleasant. Only downside was two drinks and two muffins came to over £10
