It is not because I live a couple of minutes from this location that I review a high standard I would recommend it to anyone The additional seating has been excellenct Both here and baylands are under the same ownership and compliment each other accordingly There are there suburbans and the baylanders lol lol I think in general Baylands appeals to possably older clientele and the service is more personal - the great staff know each regular and even their preferences On the other hand - Suburban has a different feel to it - People tend to line up to order - And , it offers ' slush' drinks ( for kids and ageing kids like me lol) The menu is more varied offering the feel if 'home' cooking with some specials and also feature the occasional 'dinner event ' The ' leaders ' of cooking and management run a great show and also open on Sundays The staff tend to change at times therefore the intimacy of the Baylands is not always there I have I hope offered a. Instructive review of both our Eateries One is not better than the other - they are individually different - and good to have them both
