The food was cracking. The guy out the back is in charge, the newbie, bless him, messed up a few orders. The tables weren't too clean but the toilet was. The atmosphere was OK coz there was reggae music out front. It's a chicken shop on the High Street - the chicken was good - what more do you want?..

I visited the KFC in Bangor Gwynedd today with my daughter and was pleased to experience the fantastic customer service from the staff there. It was clear that they were all rushed off their feet, but Diane and another lady serving at the time went above and beyond to make sure that my order was perfect. They always had a smile on their face, despite the busy atmosphere, which made for a pleasant experience. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. I think it's easy to forget how hard these staff work in such a busy environment, and I wanted to take some time to thank them for their incredible customer service. Diane in particular was a delight to interact with, and her friendly demeanor and willingness to help was greatly appreciated. In conclusion, the KFC in Bangor Gwynedd is a great example of how a fast food joint should be run. Their staff are always friendly, helpful and hard-working, and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Diane and the other lady for making my visit a pleasant one.

We visited this KFC whilst on holiday, the young lady who served us was cheerful, helpful and very friendly. The food was possibly the nicest KFC I have had in a long time, everything was clean and sanitized. Even the toilet facility was spotless. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who served us, sorry.. I hope your managers appreciate you. (pretty young lady with long eyelashes). It's been such a difficult time for everyone in this country, and was refreshing to see KFC were doing their best given the circumstances.
