This quaint restaurant was the hidden gem in Ballycastle! The food stood out as the best we had in our entire 2 week trip to Ireland! The burger was HUGE and incredible!! And the seafood chowder with chorizo was better than any we found on the rest of the coast! The service was great and the atmosphere was quiet and cute! To top it all off dessert included a sticky toffee pudding that was to die for!
Fantastic meal any time I visit - best steak I have ever tasted - recommend accompanying with garlic sautéed potatoes, pepper sauce and tobacco onions.
Went for a meal here last night to catch up with a friend and I can’t recommend highly enough. Wonderful family restaurant where hard work and effort have paid off, the atmosphere is relaxed, with a nautical feel perfect for a seafood restaurant in a holiday town. Staff were so friendly and attentive, we were last out and the waiter didn’t make us feel rushed.
...and the food was just amazing - I love my seafood so love to be in a restaurant where it all looks so good I can’t decide, finally settled on the hake and it was delicious! I can’t wait to go back, well done.
