ABSOLUTELY LIVID… Drove through the drive through and paid for a completely different order when I finally realised I asked for a change. They double checked what I ordered and still managed to give me the wrong thing . Went back into change it and the staff were extremely unhelpful and finally got my order right. 1/10 will not be back not to mention that the toilets absolutely reek of pish and have no doubt not been cleaned in days. Thank you macdonalds ayr for the bad service and making my teenage friend mentally deranged…

Food is normally warm and fresh. Dropped points because more frequently my orders are a little wrong or missing something. Not always but has happened a few times recently.

Easy access place. Very nice staff who were polite and helpful. Seated my family and let me know the table number as I ordered at kiosk.
