We phoned in a large order of 21 drinks and the staff handled it incredibly well. It looks like this site isn't very busy as there were only a handful of other customers in the store. Our order must have really stood out but the staff and other customers were so friendly about it. We laughed and chatted whilst they got our drinks ready and they held the door open so we could leave safely. I think we had 19 different orders and as far as I am aware, every one was correct. It took a little time but that is to be expected and we'd been told on a previous visit that we could phone in orders and that did seem to help. Would recommend this Starbucks.

Really friendly helpful staff, shop is clean and tidy with plenty of seating. Drinks are always well made and hot. Worth noting that unfortunately the order in advance app does not seem to work for this store.
