Loving greggs these days. Their coffee is great and better priced than Costa.
Opened early in the morning (6:30), Greggs is an affordable delightful choice. Sandwiches come a bit later after opening, but still a large range to satisfy your hunger is available. My choice was the breakfast box (great deal!) with baked beans, egg, sausage potato and cheese (a vegetarian option was there, too), a hot chocolate, and cheese cake - - take away cutlery provided. Good price, very good taste, friendly staff -- I am not the one to promote eating out, but if you get to, consider Greggs!
Cannot fault the staff at this store. Always a smile and also helpful. I look forward to go there most days, as I always come away with a happy demeanor
Grabbed a coffee to walk around town with, fast and efficient service given. Staff were friendly and polite.
Where do I start always baked freshly everyday especially in the afternoons. Also I had never known that that done hot grab and ever since I've known that I would always grab one. The one thing that does concern me as a customer is the outdoor seating area it's usually messy and unpleasant to be near and other than that, that's it.

Absolutely amazing service and great tasting food, shame about all the idiots who think they have a hot counter so the pies are always going to be warm, ya nonces. And also about the people who r annoyed about paying extra to sit in they r all obviously well informed because they all seem to come up with the same line "well McDonald's doesn't charge extra". First off, ITS A TAX so they are not choosing to charge you more, they have to and secondly McDonald's and other hot food places DO charge you extra!!! They just apply it regardless of whether you sit in or not.

Every time I am back in England I make a point of visiting Greggs for a bacon butty and a sausage butty and a coffee, all for less than five pounds. Highly recommended.
This is a great place. The vegan sausage roll is a particular highlight!
Staff are great, the guy who served me (Robert) was kind enough to give me a fresher chicken bake from the oven over the cold ones. Very happy
