Such an amazing experience, we did the spring break package and loved every single moment of it. The staff are friendly and attentive and will help with any problem, truly making this a luxury experience. The food from both the bistro and the fine dining restaurant was impeccable and the portions were great. The manor itself has a lovely warmth and grand feeling. It is about 30 mins walk to Appleby castle and town centre which has a lovely bakery. The spa was great, clean and has a nice range of saunas of different temperatures. Cannot recommend it enough!

Beautiful experience from start to finish. Very well managed throughout. I loved having a clear schedule arranged of what we were doing when (such as spa access times) in advance. This was set up quite far in advance upon booking, thanks to the hotel. This really helped us make the most of our time, both in the hotel and area. I would highly recommend booking a weekend package for the full experience - most definitely worth it. Even the dining arrangements were very well organised (and delicious!). Thank you to all the staff for a special weekend :) A perfect balance of professional yet friendly.

This was our second stay at Appleby Manor and it was even better than last time. We booked for three nights along with breakfast. We had the four course meal on the Saturday evening in the restaurant and the service and food were exceptional. Absolutely faultless. We then ate in the bistro Sunday night which was equally as good! Breakfast was delicious daily with plenty of options. The staff really make Appleby manor and we cannot wait to be back again!
