We visited WABI SABI a week ago expecting a delicious meal. What we actually got was extraordinary.
Melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef, a seabed sculpture made from tempura langoustines, delicate clams in an exquisite broth, and then the best part of all...miso-glazed black cod. Sweet, smoky, meaty - we all agreed (even our chef friend), that it was one of the best things we'd ever tasted. Then for dessert we had an incredible matcha tiramisu with fermented rice ice cream that I'm still dreaming about.
Perfect service, the finest ingredients and Michelin quality food. We will be talking about this place for many years to come.
Brilliant restaurant..exceptionally friendly, fantastic food the 'chrystalised' chilli oil is unique to this place...would buy it by the jar if I could...and they're so dog friendly...brought our pooch a couple of biscuits on a plate with napkin & her own water bowl...lovely touch. Highly recommend it.
Visited Wabi Sabi for my birthday on the 6th April and had such a lovely evening. We had the tasting menu which was just amazing and so beautifully presented - well worth the price. The atmosphere and music was relaxing and the waitress was brilliant!
With out a doubt the most enjoyable meal out I have ever experienced.
Can’t wait to go back 😊Thank you
