Nice pub, in a good setting. Enjoyed our food but the standout for this place has to be its staff. The gentleman who served us, was amazing. Really great with our children (our 2 year old boy was being a handful) and was patient. Made good conversation, was very attentive and seemed happy in his job. All the staff were great with the lady who brought our food out saying she moved the kids food onto a new plate so it wasn't hot for the kids to touch. Little things like this really made our visit. A really great place to go.

Had a fantastic anniversary meal here yesterday. The food was lovely, well presented and extremely tasty! We were a bit disheartened that we were put in a small section, so it was quite cramped, but it didn't dampen our atmosphere.

The food was fantastic, shepherd's pie, to die for. Very pleasant staff and also very efficient. We didn't have to wait long between courses either. I had a very enjoyable birthday lunch with my daughter.
