The best pizza I have ever had! Fast service (but with just enough time to sneak in a quick drink while we waited!) and that perfect thin pizza crust ever-so-slightly charred around the edges in the rustic pizza oven. Delicious and I can’t recommend it enough!!!
We stopped in Altrincham after a daytrip and I got my daughter a pizza as part of our street food mooch. I ended up preferring her choice & ate as much as she would let me! I've had pizza at just about every new place around Manchester & this beats them all imho, even the hallowed Rudy's. Maybe the sloppy fold & eat neopolitan style isn't my thing. Crispy crust, even towards the centre. Delicious tomato sauce & loved the mini pot of sour cream dip for your crusts. Super
Excellent pizza! Thin but not overcooked, made in a wood fired oven (as it should be) and lots and lots of condiments. I had the chorizo and nduja pizza (it is hot and full of smokey flavour - both cured meats are enhanced by paprika), my husband had the olive, caper and anchovies one, bursting with umami and complex flavours. A nice touch was a small tube of Love Hearts sweets :-) it also comes with a pot of dressing for dunking, I am unable to comment on that as dunking pizza in some white goo is something that only Anglo Saxons would do. For an Italian (like me), such wonderful pizza demands your tastebuds' undivided attention.
