Where do I start I’ve just finished one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had . The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Swizel our waitress was just lovely, extremely attentive and kept us smiling all through the meal. My daughter has a severe egg allergy and the chef and Swivel took extra care reassuring her that everything had been checked. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. Highly recommended!!!!
We had a great meal for my 40th birthday and worth the money! The atmosphere and general service was fantastic along with one of the best cooked steaks I've eaten and not to mention the delicious peppercorn sauce. Will be back again.
Swizel made our night, she had such a positive vibe and energy about her, making jokes and giving us honest recommendations about the food. She clearly had amazing menu knowledge and is a HUGE addition to your wait team. Not only was she the only waitress serving last night, she was also having to train another member of staff, juggling multiple tables whilst still maintaining a good rapport with them all is no easy feat but she made it look easy. Hats off to you, swizel.
The steaks are simply out of this world. Never have I ever had a steak as juicy and as flavoursome as the pichana 10oz sirloin steak and I’ve been to many a steakhouses.
Cocktails are great, strong yet tasty, we had 2 daquaris; passionfruit and strawberry.
My only negative comment on this restaurant is about the manager, she seemed quite moody and didn’t have the same positive energy that swizel did. Although I did try to commend swizel to the manager, she brushed me off and didn’t really give me the time of day which I thought was a huge shame.
We came here for my birthday, were offered 2 free glasses of processco, which swizel was delighted to bring us, and a 2-4-1 deal on the desserts (which we had to decline due to being so unbelievably full from the mains)
