Barrister Alex is amazing with fast service. Came with my elderly nan who has a speech impairment and wanted to order, Alex handled this INCREDIBLY with patience and respect. Her serving ability and customer service is out of this world !!! WELL DONE ALL👏👏👏
My husband and I went in the Aldridge branch of Costa for a cappuccino and latte.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the drinks were delicious, and the icing on the cake was to sit outside and drink them in the sunshine.

Quite a pleasant, though usually busy, Costa. Friendly staff,good coffee and well stocked with food choices.
But the staff now seem to think a plate isn't necessary if you buy a sandwich to eat in, so had to ask for one. (If I liked to eat out of a cardboard box I'd go to Gregg's).
Ambiance was great. Staff welcoming and friendly. Drinks and food as one would expect of the Costa brand. The whole experience was quality.

Really wonderful, we go regularly, wonderful staff always delightful and helpful.
Nice pleasant place. Although its really confusing at the moment what the procedure is here. We were queueing outside as we wanted a seat inside, someone came out to say we had to download an app to use at the tables. But there was no information saying this or if we were supposed to go in and find a seat ourselves, or wait to pass the counter. Another lady came out who had been queueing inside, and had just been told she now had to queue outside. Great coffees and selections, staff are lovely, but it really needs organising and information on what to do displayed outside
Always a good cup of hot chocolate and very accommodating for young children. Staff are friendly and helpful.
