Went to Hebrews today, lovely people, great food and drinks had a cheese and tomato toasted sandwich and a pot of tea. Great place.
We went there during the Jubilee celebrations as it had a lovely flower festival on inside! The church is light and airy with lovely original stained glass windows, that were saved from a fire that almost destroyed it in the 90's! There is a lovely community cafe attached to the church for a great tea or coffee and home made cake, they always do lunch as well!!
Visited here as my g"sons primary school did a Xmas concert here. Small car park round back, otherwise bit iffy parking as a lot of yellow lines around, leaving residential roads only other places to park, then walk. Beautiful interior & windows. Bit chilly as only to be expected in a church. Outside was a little"shed" where there were donated I assume, few items of fresh veg (onions, radish etc), draught excluders, etc with a little donation box if you could afford, otherwise free if not. Again I'm unsure if this is open all day or just when relevant services etc at church.
