Great place to stop for food and drinks, a large menu to suit all tastes. Nice rural setting not too far from Abergavenny. Large car park right next to cafe and clean toilets. Definitely worth a visit.
A hidden gem, with a warm welcome, good portions and nice food. Visited at lunch time and it was fairly busy but still plenty of space. Food was piping hot and good portion. We had chilli con corne, tikka masala with half rice and chips and kids fish stars chips and peas with three chocolate milkshakes....only complaint would be the milkshake, it needed ice cream in it 😋...seriously would highly recommend a visit.
Clean tidy quick service plenty of parking outside area. These are all the goods things, will be visiting again if passing.

Another fabulous lunch, they never disappoint. The best tuna mayo baked potato I've ever had! 👌 Delicious fresh crispy salad with sliced apple, grapes & cold cooked peas! 👍 Excellent service too. The lemon & poppy seed cake was superb too with delicate flavour & soft sponge 😍
Superb little cafe. Warm friendly welcome. Good food and very reasonably priced. Great stop before or after a yomp up Skirrid. Highly recommended.
Delightful little tea shop just a few seconds walk from the Skirrid National Trust car park. Lovely spot to stop for a drink and a slice of cake after a relaxing hike up and down the mountain. Car parking available. Indoor and outdoor seating. And lovely sculptures available for purchase too.
Tho they may not be the cheapest breakfast place... they did so far served simply the best full breakfast!

Lovely staff - amazing food! Visited this weekend after a wet and windy hike. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food was very reasonable and super yummy. Amazing cake selection also available for takeaway. Shame we aren't local but look forward to visiting when next in area 🙂
Lovely cafe close to the Skirrid. Big outdoor area with lovely views and great food. Does get very busy so you may have to wait!
