Thought we would try the Meraki restaurant for Sunday breakfast. I, along with 3 others, had the all-day breakfast, which was good. Another had the "build a bagel" which they were disappointed with. The black pudding was a bit overdone and too crispy for our liking, but that's just preference.
We were there just after 11 am and were the only ones in the restaurant.
It would have been nice to have a pot of tea with our breakfast rather than a paying for a cup of tea each time.
A lovely family restaurant with a nice bar attached. Food was hot, plentiful and delicious. Fish was fresh and well cooked but burger was definitely standard defrosted catering stuff, although cooked well. Service was friendly and attentive.
Was in the area and it was lunchtime,so knowing it's up the hill we went there,we were greeted very friendly, took a seat in the restaurant the young lady that serviced us was excellent , the food wasn't very long in coming it also was excellent to but it was the friendly staff that we remember the most thank girls!! See you again!!
