Stay here a number of times throughout the year and the staff are always pleasant and friendly. Food is like weatherspoons but not bad for the money you are paying. They are very accommodating with breakfast offering white or brown, different choice of ways to have your eggs. The rooms are to a good standard although the last 2 times the showers has been cold. I am assuming its because all the other rooms are also using the shower. But overall pleasant stay.

The hotel room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We were greeted by a pleasant chap who checked us in and showed us to our room. We chose just to have the basic breakfast, and were happily accommodated when we turned up early after getting our times mixed up. We did not eat supper in the bar so cannot comment on the food quality. All in all a very pleasant stay

Stayed a night when passing through on the 3rd March 2019. Good value for the money, good food. Breakfast was more than adequate. Clean room. Shower temperature was only thing that we found difficult to adjust and get the right temperature Nicola was very friendly as were the rest of the bar staff. Will stay again in the future.
