Place needs a good clean (outer area). Otherwise, a good spot

Polite service, food as expected from Greggs. Wasn't busy on our visit although the services probably have seen better days, it seemed a bit on decay. At least Greggs is open for business

I went in the yesterday afternoon and the staff was more then willing to have a chat with us while we where waiting for the traffic to clear. Definitely would go again.

Always a winner, from breakfast baps, afternoon cakes or teatime pizza with great coffee. This shop will be even better when its open!

Euro Garages, Litter in the car park. Sort it. Sainsburys advertised but closed permanently. Sort it. When I visited due to only Greggs being open, the toilets werent. Sort it. They're open now, no problem. Tasha in Greggs was really nice and Bilbrough Top Greggs can do excellent baguettes. So much that I'm forgetting the three bad things and pressing that 5 star button. Excellent service at this Services. Update: I had to take 2 identical journeys, I arrived at the services at 8am the toilet was open. However due to burger King being closed, the building has Greggs business hours so on my 2nd journey at 4:45pm the building was locked, and the garage had no open toilet. I know its different operators but surely there can be at least one toilet open for a signed service area.

What can you say about Greggs, they are now set in the English psychy like Betty"s teashop or Harrods. My only point would be that people still don't understand the 'no warming' 'no VAT' reasoning and there was a lady complaining to staff about a cold pasty. I think there should be explanatory notices that food is not kept warm.
