Our favourite boba shop so far. We love MeowGona with brownies and winter edition Beileys with tapioca.
Amazing food, drinks and experience. The aesthetic of the shop is adorable. The bubble waffle was amazing, we picked marshmallow, cookies and cream and caramel sauce. It was freshly made to order so there is a short wait but its totally worth it. I felt so welcome and the ordering process was easy. I would definitely recommend the mango smoothie storm!
Light and fluffy baos with juicy pork filling and oodles of flavour! Gyoza was good too. Nice as a snack, wouldn't eat in as there's no atmosphere. Bit pricey
Had a waffle with ice cream and cookies. Very pretty. Waffle was good taste wise. Filling options were limited and bland though. Got it as a novelty, was cute and unique. Wouldn’t get again unless they added more filling options. Bubble teas looked nice. Would try them in future. Great aesthetic inside for pics.
I love the bubble waffle the customer service was great.The food was better then expected usually I have treat like that and it not filling or it's not yummy but it is filling and definitely yummy and the place was organized and calm. There were people studying there too . One of the things that really made me not regret it is the other woman before us orded a drink and said this is all I ever wanted and it's amazing! I should have ordered a drink too 🙂
The shop looks inviting and wanted to try the bubble waffle! We picked seasonal fruits, brownies and ice cream. The food is made to order and we were happy to wait. The bubble waffle was crispy and fresh and was quite filling! We saw other customers with bubble tea so will return and try those next time!!
As York catches up on the bubble tea craze, it was good to find one that served a few from the wide range.
The reason for 4 stars being, the most important of all bubble teas, Classic Milk Tea and/or Milk Tea with Tapioca or even Boba aee missing from the menu. But the Brown Sugar was a good alternative.
It would be great to see them increase their selection and bring in the flavours with cheese as well. A few more seats indoors would also be great. Their sister branch in the Shambles is also worth a visit for the heavenly baos!!
Walked pass this shop a few times already, finally had the chance to try their bubble tea. The staff is friendly and the brown sugar bubble tea is good as expected . I’ll come back to try their bubble waffle next time.
Friendly staff, easy ordering process & menu is easy to read. Plenty of options for toppings, flavours and sauces. The drinking cups are high quality. Has a good amount of seating and a nice atmosphere.
Will definitely visit again when in York again, couldnt recommend enough.
Waiting for Meow open and I finally got the chance to try it yesterday!! I ordered a Ferrero rocher with brownies bubble waffle and Brown sugar milk tea. Both are so amazing. The bubble waffle presentation is great and taste good too. Bubble sugar milk tea taste delicious and the texture of the tapioca is prefect. Although need to be in the queue half an hour, it’s worth 🥰 Highly recommended.
The staff here are so friendly & helpful! Everything was cooked fresh. The bubble waffle is amazing -- can't recommend enough!! We loved the bao buns, they are DEFINITELY some of the best available in York!
The shop space is just so cute, and the food is incredible!
Very pretty small place with a Korean decoration I believe. It is reminded me of the animation's carrecter that my son used to watch when he was a kid.it is very good place for young children they would enjoy it.
Their mango's drink is my son favourite. Staff who work their lovely. I enjoy going and sitting with my son.
Lovely service, the bao buns my fiancé got were absolutely divine. I got a regular brown sugar bubble tea, enjoyed it so much that after I finished it I got a large one right after.
Great little shop, highly recommend.

1st time I went into this place. Ordered some foods and a waffle.
The people in the cafe were lovely and friendly and I've never seen anything like these in York. Everything was made to order and fresh so there is a slight wait (we had to wait 10 minutes) but it is well worth it. The waffle cones are highly customisable so you can make it the perfect sweet treat for yourself but they also offer some savoury bites if sweet isn't your thing.
