Great little find this was. York has plenty of places to eat but I'm glad I found this place. Service was very good. A vibrant clean establishment serving amazing food. Would definitely come back again

I had chicken satay skewers and it was the best that I’ve ever had in this country. Thai milk tea tastes quite authentic too. Sadly I’m not a local in this city but if I ever come to York again I’ll revisit 😇
Food was absolutely perfect. Best Thai food I've had in years. Really great atmosphere, friendly staff, and I had the best desert I've ever had. Will definitely be back when I'm next in York.
This is a fantastic place, the atmosphere is really good. They have loads of things on the walls that make you feel you're there including the cart and the little I sent stations they have around. The food and drinks came really quickly and they don't arrive all at once but when they are ready so you might get a main before the starters but that did not bother us. The food was so tasty and fresh, I loved the flavours and presentation of it all. They do take away options so when we finished I got a drink to go. I would say this place is cheap for what we had and the portions are a very good size. All the staff were friendly and kind and helped us make selections and they did not disappoint. Would highly recommend this place and we will be back!
oh my god ! best food i’ve had EVER in york and possibly anywhere. service was fantastic and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. the food was insane! spring rolls and bao buns were absolutely brilliant. the curries were amazing, bright and flavourful. the value for money is spot on. couldn’t recommend more !

For a chain, the experience and food are really good. The staff really hustle, turning tables, taking and delivering orders. The food was so good I was surprised it was part of a chain.
We enjoyed a few of the bao and shared a plate of cashew and pineapple fried rice. Everything came quickly and correctly. Based on this experience, I'd recommend hitting up a Zaap near you.
We visited Zaap for a late lunch on a Tuesday, and it was pretty quiet but still had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
We won tons and bao buns. The food was quick, nicely presented and delicious.
