Great little find this was. York has plenty of places to eat but I'm glad I found this place. Service was very good. A vibrant clean establishment serving amazing food. Would definitely come back again

Food was absolutely perfect. Best Thai food I've had in years. Really great atmosphere, friendly staff, and I had the best desert I've ever had. Will definitely be back when I'm next in York.
This is a fantastic place, the atmosphere is really good. They have loads of things on the walls that make you feel you're there including the cart and the little I sent stations they have around. oh my god ! best food i’ve had EVER in york and possibly anywhere. service was fantastic and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. the food was insane! spring rolls and bao buns were absolutely brilliant. the curries were amazing, bright and flavourful. the value for money is spot on. couldn’t recom

For a chain, the experience and food are really good. The staff really hustle, turning tables, taking and delivering orders. The food was so good I was surprised it was part of a chain.

We visited Zaap for a late lunch on a Tuesday, and it was pretty quiet but still had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
