Fantastic takeaway! Very tasty food and really good size portions. Unbelievably fast service and very friendly staff!!
Came to York with my family for the weekend/Bank Holiday and ate from Mr Happy for three nights! That’s how much we enjoyed the meals we orders - Shrimp Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken in OK sauce. The meals were tasty, in generous quantities and consistent for all threee nights ordered.
This little takeaway had only 2.1 stars so I nearly went to a different one close by, so pleased I didn’t , service was excellent and fast and food was delicious. I had sweet and sour chicken and it was the best! Would have taken a photo but all nearly gone it’s that nice ❤️
The food was great, if a bit way too much onion in it. I had king prawn satay with egg fried rice. The portion is really good. Their chips are decent as well. The lady at the counter was slightly terrifying.
we’ve been students for four years and we LOVE mr happy! consistently excellent, amazing customer service, and most importantly the food is AMAZING!! (we personally recommend the noodle boxes, which are the best we’ve ever had). Incredibly sad to leave mr happy after four amazing years, but will def
