Very easy to get to and everything you need all in one place. The staff in the electricals department were very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff at the ESPA counter could do with a bit more training, the attitude towards customers was a little off putting.

A really good John Lewis! Very large and has all the departments you need. My other half does click and collect, then tries it on in the changing room. Good job as the product was faulty, but customer services were brilliant and replaced it and ordered another to be delivered to us the next week. G
