We booked the Graduate for our staff Xmas party. They couldn’t have done anything better. We were placed in their private snug area with plenty of room for 30+ of us. We preordered food & drinks which all arrived on time and were amazing and not badly priced either. A massive thank you to Bella and the team for our first ever staff Xmas party. We will be back!

My friend and I were very pleasantly welcomed by Jen, who went above and beyond. We ordered the full breakfast which arrived in really good time, and was certainly delicious (compliments to the chef). The atmosphere was lovely, the place very clean and inviting, all in all a lovely rare visit home to where I'm originally from.
P. S- if Jen ever fancies a change of career I'd give her a job without hesitation, absolutely first class customer service skills, a credit to you.

Four of us were meeting up with a friend who moved away . 1st time meeting up after 2 years. I love the Old Bank as sometimes have a breakfast which is delicious. The staff are very friendly, courteous and just great. Great atmosphere ,you can really see and feel the staff enjoy working here. We ordered the 5 small dishes for £15 x 3, We were having such a great time that I forgot to take photos of the food. Just means we will have to go back. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you to Kym and Jess for serving us with smiles 😊
The atmosphere is always perfect no matter the day of the week. Always had what your group needs. Pool tables, table service, fast bar work. Couldn’t recommend it more. Shout out to the best server in the industry Gee & Sophie
We nipped in for lunch and the food was great, the burgers and sandwiches we ordered we're large, tasty and good value for money. There appeared to be a lot going on in and the venue throughout the week and it was large enough for groups etc... Our server was pleasant although did appear a little run off her feet. Although it was quiet, we were told there was a half an hour wait for food, which wasn't an issue for us, but had it been busier, may have been an issue for the staff.
Overall we enjoyed what we had and would recommend for food.
Wish we had one where I live. Brilliant place always call for lunch when visiting York. 😀
Great bar, have eaten here before and the food was good. The Old Bank also has TVs around the venue to watch sport. Last night we dropped in and there was a live band that seem to be playing all my wife and I’s favourite music.
Really enjoyed my experience here! The staff were lovely especially Ollie Who I was served by and the beer garden is a great place to spend time with your friends.
Dropped in for a meal with the family. Ordered from the main menu and when the food was delivered my 1st comment was the small.portion sizes. However given the cost of everything these days we are used to seeing the effects of slimflation and after tasting the meal I was more than happy. I would rather have a smaller plate size of good food than a mountain of cheap.
The atmosphere is great, service was good and all in all we had a great meal washed down with a good pint.
Abby and Owen were absolutely exceptional and they provided the utter most perfection to their craft
A few friends and I came in on Monday around lunchtime and I can’t congratulate the staff enough. Speedy service, lovely staff who also gave us a few suggestions of what to try. Can’t go wrong with 2 for 1 cocktails!

Old Bank is 100% my pub of choice and it’s only made better by the lovely staff. I came in tonight and was served by Joe and Abby who were both very lovely and attentive. They are both assets to the business.
Our server was Alex (tall ginger fellow), and despite a large wait for food since it was packed he took great care of us all in as fast a time as possible. Further, upon leaving my jacket at the restaurant, Alex tried to run after me with it but couldn't catch us as we left.
Great service, kept my jacket safe and was all round extremely polite and helpful!
My wife and I along with two friends came in for a meal as part of our anniversary celebrations...one of our party has some unusual dietary requirements. Kim & Sophie couldn't have been more helpful! Super attentive, tons of patience and all done with a smile. I can't thank them enough for their fantastic service.
As well as that the food was 1st class, ample portions, well presented and delicious.
