Used here quite often, always found the food excellent. I ordered a House special Murgh masala and the flavour was tasty, rich and a large generous portion. The chicken kebabs here are excellent and they offer 20% off for collection.
Ordered something that sounded nice and it's soooo yummy, it arrived very fast and piping hot, gull of flavour and the delivery guy was pleasant and smiley. I will use again

A good selection of really tasty curries. Great value with good servings, and always promptly delivered by friendly staff. Ordered many times and never had anything less - always thoroughly enjoyed my meal
this was the first time ordering, after been recommended by my Brother, I shall be back, far cheaper than my usual Indian, & larger portions

The best Indian takeaway in York, in my opinion. The Chicken Handi is just like home cooked with the meat on the bone. And the flavour is so full and delicious with a definite bite. Just a stunning dish. The Desi Lamb Masala is also stunning with beautifully tender lamb and a nice bite too. The Keema rice is delicious and comes in the same size foil container as the curries, so you get loads. Both curries have plenty of meat in them. And the rice portion is enough for two. In face two of you could just one curry and rice and you'd feel comfortable. Highly recommended and my only choice for an Indian takeaway, period!! Try them, you will not be disappointed ππΎ
Ordered on Just Eat for reference. Amazing food with real depth of flavour, I ordered from the chefs recommendation tab and was not disappointed, chose lamb with the main, was good quality with no fat and all ingredients tasted fresh. The delivery guy was lovely too, plus arrived piping hot! Hands down would recommend ππlooking forward to trying the Parsi on the next order! π€€
The best Indian in york, the vindaloo is so nice, defo worth an order, mind you all the food is really nice, the food is delivered by the restaurant, always arrives hot and delicious, if you want a Indian, this is the best in york.
Had a few curries from here now and have been really pleased with all of them. Polite staff, prompt delivery and most importantly above average decently priced food. Dips and couple of poppadoms have come free even with a small delivery-all good and heartily recommend.
First time I have had a madras from zeera spice, the flavours were really nice and the chicken tasted like chicken should fresh and tender.
I will definitely be ordering again.ππ
Food was so delicious! We are vegan and spoke to someone on the phone who was so nice and helpful. They were really accommodating, and had a great range of options. Most importantly everything tasted great and fresh. We will go back again for sure, wouldn't go elsewhere!
