Costa Coffee - York - Photo album

Everything I come here the staff seem miserable. The food is great but the drinks are hit and miss depending on who's making them. I know that it can be stressful working in hospitality but it's not the customers fault if the workers hate there job!
Brings this cost to be far with a friend a year ago. Can I own this time with my guide dog twice they were very helpful helping me find stuff got make cold drink for my dog brought my stuff to the table asked for tissue lots of blue tissue lots of blue tissue lots of blue tissue lots of blue tissue
Staff were so kind when they saw my niece crying.
Convenient for those working at or visiting the hospital. Plenty of seating and can get busy during lunch times.
always friendly and efficient and make coffee to the right temperature and consistency. Love the new collaboration with M&S and a special thank you to the morning staff Christa and Co. Always bright and cheerful on the early starts.
This one is inside York District Hospital. Plenty of space to sit and have a snack/drink while visiting. Friendly staff, and good service. Small patio area if you fancy sitting outside too.
This is situated in the hospital so can get busy at times but the staff all seem to have been there for ages so they know their jobs and are very efficient. Other than that, well it's a Costa, so you know what to expect.
Absolutely fine. I'm struggling to remember which one we visited three weeks ago - perhaps we just walked past and Google tracking got us. Some decor very dark brown inside.
Always a smile face to great you at Costa. I was there every morn for my daily fix whilst in hospital having my leg amputated, great staff, spacious surroundings. Can't knock it at all.
Didn't actually go in today but it's a very convenient place to eat when visiting York Teaching Hospital. It's usefully located by the Pharmacy so if facing the usual long wait it's very handy. You can use your Costa card there too.
Why the f is everyone complaining about them having plastic cups? Can not see the problem with that. Staff is very friendly and they are doing their best with what they have. They are being paid probably minimum wage so as to serve rude people all the time! "Eh... Excuse me! My latte is too milky" G
It's spacious : service is swift and as with all Costa chains serves the usual fayre. It's very popular with a cross section of young and not so young customers. Free WiFi and good disabled access : splendid range of festive coffees and cakes and there is no pressure to leave you could do a little o
I love this place the staff are friendly and helpful. Weekends are quieter than weekdays and you can que for a few minutes at lunch time when its busy... but for a great coffee, it's worth the wait.
Everything you would expect from Costa. It's a nice little oasis in the hospital. The only negative was that our table, which had been cleared, was all sticky and horrible. That wasn't nice in itself but you would hope for better hygiene in a hospital.
Amazing to have a coffee 'out" after weeks with none! Waiting for a relative at the hospital. Usual very friendly service, and seating for staff only - which is quite right. But serving public/visitors for takeaway.
