Was very busy today, and people queuing to get in to the food hall. However saying that the queue went down quickly, and a big selection of food, along with some good sale offers

On retail park so plenty of parking and easy access
Amazing service. We didn't know how to use our voucher. We had 3 staff members helping us. The manger was very helpful and printed off the voucher off his phone. Best service
Clean and spacious store always makes it a joy to visit. The only negative issue I have is that the food section often sells out of products very quickly. There have been a number of times I have visited where items are out of stock.

I went for a coffee and cake at M&S. I have coeliac and don't expect a great choice of cake but for the second time in 2 weeks there has been nothing except a scone which having tried in the past is very unappealing. It's bad enough when I get the reward drink and cake and not able to use it as it
Currently looks low on stock but that is probably intentional. Lots more room to move about. Long queue for the cafe but very good helpful service and we felt safe.
Shelves very well stocked. Covid-9 precautions excellent. Staff very helpful.
