Was very busy on our visit and quite a queue for service but the staff were working flat out, excellent job.
A lovely team behind the counter greeted us, all with a big smile. We had two oat milk porridge, two ginger shots and two large black Americanos. The porridge was delicious, its one of my favourite breakfast dishes when out and about and vegan options are scarce, you can always rely on Caffe Nero.

I go here most weeks and it's always good service and great for people watching. They have large foux leather sofas and armchairs at the front of the shop. If you want a plug socket they have them at the back of the store. They also have toilets with baby changing facilities.
Just been served by a lovely gentleman, who made me the best oat milk chai latte I've ever had. Very polite and friendly. The café looked clean and tidy and I will be back again.

Busy cafe in the heart of York. Coffee and food were very good. Only downside was the failure to clear tables after use. We did it ourselves so no problem really. Will definitely pay a return visit when in York.

Quite busy place, but handful of choices . It was a really busy morning with only two girls on shift . Although they were really friendly and cheerful. Many cake and food options to choose from - as well as drinks. Definitely would come back here.
