What a fantastic bar within York city centre, great staff, brilliant atmosphere and even better prices… you will struggle to find a better traditional pub in York! Definitely worth a visit if your in town.
Didnt have food but called in for a pint after been in railway museum great pub cosy friendly relaxing atmosphere we will be coming back 😀
The ONLY pub to visit in York. A stones throw from the cathedral and the shambles. Cold beer, good food, and great atmosphere! They even have a great outdoor patio for beautiful fall days.
Called in a few days ago and the staff and overall general atmosphere were absolutely stupendous in the pub and everything was reasonably priced just to top off the experience!!
Called in for a real ale and we ended up staying for pizza was very welcoming and great value and the pizzas were lovely will definitely be returning
