Amazing hotel! Owners Aggy and Michal were fantastic hosts, very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was more like 7star! Rooms superb and well fitted. Beautiful outside areas incl the roof terrace. Beer nice ( bar only open from 4-8) .

Great spot to stay in on your mini-break. Great location, less than 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Located in a peaceful and green neighbourhood. Amazing and really helpful hosts. Free and safe parking on site. Rooms are nice and clean, and beds are comfy so you can get your good night's slee
Really nice stay. Building, roof top seating area and room nicely decorated and homely. The breakfast is delicious, thebar is a great area to hang out in the evening. Michal was a brilliant host and really welcoming and attentive.
Lovely B&B. Comfy bed, nice decor, delightful & friendly owners, who are very knowledgeable about York & cook a fantastic cooked breakfast! Great location for exploring York. Slept brilliantly which really helps me enjoy my travels.
Family run hotel, extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing was a bother. Rooms big and airy, breakfast superb 👌. Free WiFi and parking only a 10 min, walk on the flat, to York Minister. Highly recommend 😃😃. Looking forward to booking there again. 👍
Stayed here for the weekend and the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble its a 10 mins walk to York minsters and pubs restaurants and shops, when I come to York again this is the place I will be staying at again thanks for looking after us. regards stuart

This Inn is maintained to very high standard. The room we had was warm, airy and very clean. The en-suite was spotless. There were little touches that made the stay even better like piles of little chocolates and fancy room decorations. The owner was easy to get hold of out of hours and very frien

We stayed for two nights as a family of 4 and it was great. The owners were excellent and made our stay very comfortable. The bunkbed for the kids was great and the overall room was nice. Location is brilliant with free parking and the pub is really nice. Would recommend for families.
Fantastic stay. The room was super clean, cosy, warm and it had beautiful big windows. The owner Michal is a lovely, smiley man who is really friendly and happy to help with local knowledge. We'll definitely be staying again on our next trip to York!
This place is lovely and clean with nice well kept rooms and really comfy bed. The bar is spacious with a lovely seating area which is really relaxing. Also free on site parking.
Made welcome from start no charge for the parking witch is a boost for the hotel just the right distance from centre of town the owners could not do enough for the guests would recommend a stay to everyone
