Out of the handful of Costas in York, this is my favourite, larger room, better seats and nicer views of the streets
Good coffee and a nice place. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only problem with this Costa is that people come in off the street just to use the toilet so you can never get in there. Not sure how staff can police this but it is annoying.
Staff always really friendly, had outside seating which is nice in warmer weather.
