Went for lunch with my 5yr old, it was really really busy but for how busy it was we didn’t have to wait too long for a table. The manager seated us and was brilliant with my son, we were served pretty quick too, the lad doing drinks all on his own was like speedy Gonzales and handled how busy they were really well! Food was great and ginormous milkshakes we couldn’t fit pudding in hahaha, overall a good experience thank you xx
Visited Ed’s Diner today in the Outlet and was very impressed. As soon as we sat down we asked for a gluten free menu and the girl immediately told other staff that I was a coeliac. All food had gluten flags in and the milkshake was made from a different machine. Very aware of cross contamination and the food was delicious.
Stopped for a quick bite to eat. I got the Nashville buttermilk chicken burger & fries. It was delicious. *Edit - Visited again, it didn’t disappoint!*
The food here is superb! Service was great, with really friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it here.

Fantastic restaurant! I've been here a few times and it's my favourite place to eat at the Designer Outlet! The staff have always been friendly and nice, without being overbearing!
The food has always been incredible and fairly priced. The milkshakes (pictured) are probably the nicest milkshakes I've ever had - well worth the money and absolutely worth trying!
I would suggest taking the double burger option if you are hungry and not having any starters!

We got two burgers, the Smokey bbq with fries and the dirty deli with Mac and cheese. Both were delicious and exactly what you’d expect from a diner. They also have many plant based options, including the Oreo milkshake which you wouldn’t be able to tell didn’t have any dairy. Will be returning even with their weird hours to match the designer outlet.
BLUE LIGHT CARD ACCEPTED.. Sara our server was a friendly and welcoming sight on arrival. Being disabled we were offered suitable seating. We were not rushed into ordering. The food and drinks were very enjoyable in a clean and friendly environment. Prices were reasonable. If you register your email you will get many discount deals offered. Not been able to come here since lockdown 1. Finally came back and not disappointed. Staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and quick. Food was very fast to arrive an was absolutely delicious. I had an amazing burger while my wife had a hotdog. Both very filling. Kids meals are a good size and both kids meals looked great. The milkshakes are the main reason we come as they are awesome. Great place to come, and even if you are in a rush, would definitely recommend.
Pretty decent chicken burger for the price, service was quite slow but that's to be expected on a Saturday afternoon. Food arrived in under five minutes and only a short queue before entering

Tried for the first time on friday and has to be the best burger I've had in a long time ,good selection on the Menu,clean and great service .

After walking in and unfortunately being shown to a table by a rather unpleasant maître d', who sighed and huffed and puffed when we asked to be seated, our friendly server Jo immediately came over to ask what drinks we would like and help us decode the menu, as well as actually making an effort to have a real conversation with us which was great!
I highly recommend the Hot Cross Bun burger which is an Easter exclusive as an "Ed's plate" which comes with fries (I upgraded mine to cheesy fries), coleslaw and onion rings.
Because we came on a Wednesday, they offer a hump day special where you get 2 for 1 when you order two of the same burgers, but because the hot cross bun burger wasn't on the system under the offer, our lovely server Jo gave us 50% our entire meal.
Highly recommend after a hard day shopping and will definitely come again.
Came for dinner and its still as great as i remember. Best mac and cheese i've had! Staff were great with recommendations and quick service. Shame theyre closed in scotland.
